Jersey Size Chart and Size Finder
Enter your chest measurement in inches or centimetres, pick your league and fit, and the finder returns the size from Nike's own chart. Between sizes, go up for layers.

How to use it
Stand relaxed
Wear a thin shirt or none. Stand straight with your arms down and breathe normally.
Wrap the tape
Run a soft tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep it level.
Enter it above
Type the number, pick inches or centimetres, and read the size. Check the highlighted row in the chart below.
Why a jersey size chart is worth checking first
A jersey is not a T-shirt. The same label size can fit very differently depending on the maker, the sport and the tier, so a jersey size chart based on your own chest measurement is a safer starting point than the size you wear in other shirts. This page gives you a size finder and the charts behind it, so you can see exactly which row was used.
Every number below is copied from the maker's current size-chart page. Each chart shows its source and the date we checked it. We only publish a chart when we can open and confirm it, so some leagues have no numbers yet; those pages say so and point to the maker instead. Nike's charts here are its general apparel charts for tops and for NBA & WNBA jerseys. A specific jersey listing can show its own chart, so check the listing before you order.
How the finder works
Enter your chest (women's charts use bust) and choose a league, a fit group and whether you want a true, relaxed or layered fit. The finder finds the row of the confirmed chart that contains your measurement, highlights it in the table, and tells you which size it is. When your number falls on the line between two sizes, it shows both, because the maker's advice is to go smaller for a tighter fit and larger for a looser one.

Tips that save a return
| Problem | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Feels tight across the shoulders | Closer-fitting tier or between sizes | Take the larger size |
| Too loose and long | Relaxed fan cut | Take the smaller size, check the tier |
| Planning to layer | Chart assumes a thin shirt | Go up one size |
| Chart numbers look different | Body vs garment measurements | Use one chart at a time |

Frequently asked questions
Are jerseys true to size?
Not always. Fit depends on the maker and the tier: on-field style cuts tend to be closer to the body and fan versions looser. Use the maker's own chart for the exact product, and size up if you plan to layer.
How do I measure my chest for a jersey?
Wrap a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades, keeping it level. Breathe out normally and do not pull the tape tight.
What if I am between two sizes?
Nike's guidance is to order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. If you want to layer a hoodie or thermal shirt underneath, take the larger one.
Is a size chart a body chart or a garment chart?
The charts on this site are body measurements, as published by the maker. Some retailers publish garment measurements instead, so never mix numbers from two different charts.
Does this tool store my measurements?
No. The finder runs entirely in your browser; your numbers are not sent anywhere, saved or shared.
Can I use these charts for any brand?
Only for the chart named in the table. Each maker has its own cuts, so always use the chart of the brand you are buying.
Where is the NHL, MLB or soccer chart?
We only publish charts we can confirm from the maker. Those league pages explain how to measure and where to find the maker's chart.
